The Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institute was launched in September 1997 under the auspices of the Trinidad & Tobago Hotel & Tourism Association.

Its mission "to develop for the hospitality and tourism industry, human resources capable of delivering quality at international standards of excellence thereby facilitating globally competitive products and services".

Nestled in the tranquil hillside of Mt. St. George, the environment is ideal for academic pursuits. The Tobago Campus offers challenging programmes which help to promote success and independence of individuals, providing a solid foundation from which one can pursue other major courses of study. The Institute also caters to organizations by offering programmes that can be customized to suit their unique training needs.

Faculty

Our Faculty of qualified and dedicated lecturers provide individual attention to our students in small classes. We welcome students from all backgrounds as members of our community as we work together in building teams to enhance the human resource in a globally competitive market.

Facilities

Our facilities include - Information and Resource Centre, Computer / Front Office and Travel Agency Laboratory, Auditorium, Lecture Rooms, Kitchen, Cafeteria and Restaurant - "Top O' The Mill" which is perched on top of the ruins of an old sugar mill. Here one can enjoy fine dining during the semester.
